How to Place an Order?
1. Sign in your account,
2. Add the item(s) you want to your cart,
3. Select PayPal or Checkout to pay,
If you select PayPal, you need to put in your PayPal billing information; if you select Checkout, then fill in your shipping information,
4. Select shipping method.
5. Accomplish the payment.

How do I change the address?
Address can only be changed to unshipped orders. Please contact us for help through customer service.
How do I cancel an order?
Only unshipped orders can be cancelled. Please contact us for help through customer service.
Requested cancellations will be processed as soon as your request has been received. Refunds are usually processed in 1-3 business days during normal business seasons and 5-7 business days during holiday seasons, for Credit card payment, the time it takes for the funds to reach your bank account varies from different issuing banks.
How to check order status?
If the order is placed under your account, please enter into "My Account" page then click "My Orders" to check your order status
If the order is a guest order, or you do not want to login to check, please refer to "Orders Search"page with required order information to check the order status.
My order is not in my Account.
Your order is automatically associated with the email address entered during checkout. Please make sure the order was placed when your account was signed in.
If you are using the correct email but the order still isn’t in the account then please contact us for help through customer service.
My order hasn’t been shipped 7 business days after payment.
Please verify that your payment is confirmed and none of the items are back ordered or sold out. If the issue persists then please contact us for help through customer service.
When will I receive my order?
Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. There are order confirmation step, order processing time and actual shipping time.
